Legal notice

This site is operated by Alejandro Santos Segador, trading as SEINT.

The activity consists of producing and licensing instrumental music pieces from the Y2K — SEASON 1 collection.

Privacy

The request form collects your name, your email, the link to your music, the file and budget you choose, and your project details. They are used solely to respond to your request: sending you the contract and coordinating file delivery.

If you sign up for retirement notices, your email is used only to let you know when a piece is retired or a new season opens. Reply to any of those emails to unsubscribe.

Forms are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), which receives submissions and forwards them to me. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Your data is not sold or used for advertising, and this site does not use analytics or tracking cookies.

Data is kept while there is an active or ongoing business relationship, or while you remain on the notice list, and deleted afterwards unless there is a legal obligation to retain it (for example, invoicing).

You can request access to your data, or have it corrected or deleted, by writing to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your national data protection authority.

Terms of sale

These terms apply to licenses requested through this site, described on the licensing page.

The process: you send a request, receive a license agreement and a payment link, and once payment is confirmed the files are delivered digitally, usually the same day.

The price of each license is given in writing in reply to your request and fixed in the agreement before payment. Payment is made by bank transfer or through a secure payment link.

As this is digital content, the 14-day EU consumer withdrawal right is lost once the files are delivered with your express consent, recorded in the license agreement.

Intellectual property terms, permitted use and exclusivity for each piece are governed by the license agreement signed for that transaction, which prevails over this general text in case of conflict.
